Place:-The security agency is the most horrible and in fact has totally responsible for the mismanagement as the mall management thinks that their responsibility is over.The specifics are s under; 1) There re two lifts in the mall, one no caters from ground floor to the basement parking,while the other & only lift which caters from basement to all the floors.The lift attained,usually a lady security personnel is the sole boss,she thinks that dropping personel every time in the basement by this lift is her duty. On two occasions I,along with others wait had to wait at ground floor for the lift for more than 20 minutes.Further the attendant will please the,police & the fellow security colleagues over the rest & would make trips from 1st to 4th floor avoiding of ground.The case of security at parking duty is more serious.I had done shopping worth + 25000 worth, however being Sunday he asked me to shell out Rs 100/00 as parking fees??.When I demande explanation & the receipt, he did not gave any??
