Rahul Gandhi

As a matter of fact, this man doesn't deserve any rating. Even 'Terrible' is an euphemism in his case. What is his qualification other than having born into the Nehru - 'Gandhi' family. Even his speeches mostly prepared by others spew venom. Can't be expected to have any understanding of this Country or her dynamics. It is a waste of time & energy even to type a couple of sentences like this. Thoughts of this man only generate negative energy in anybody. Wish this family decides to leave this country to herself at least now, that is after about 70 years of Independence.
