The poorest service. Most lethargic staff. Not concerned about customer service at all. This bank should be closed down and the staff should be thrown out.

To my knowledge, the most backward bank. No knowledge. No client crowd. No staff. Always empty. They can be included in the backward class and all concessions given to them enabling them to understand(hopefully) whether at least such a classification helps them improve!

There are two angles in which I need to rate this bank based on my experience. Yours may be different.

First, one of the most slowest bank for visiting public. And the manager sitting there proudly said that only who want to relax for some time come to their branch. It was so H U G E (!?!?) a crowd there. Here they score below average marks only.
Once when we opened an FD, they entered the age incorrectly making me loose the interest that I was eligible for because of my age, but a few months latter when I noticed that, at their request I closed it, accepting a loss of around Rs.2000.00 as they said because of the mistake they can not pay any interest! As I was already fed up, I just came out of the branch!

Second, their proper completion of working after public working hours. Here it is much superior than many other banks.
In every bank, they give a customer id for all FDs. This is the only bank where I see that they maintain proper records and without any confusion they maintain same customer id each time you open an FD.

How do they achieve that?
Is it because they have very few clients?
OR is it because they take their work seriously leaving no latter confusions?

Whatever it is here they score better.

On an average hence it is a 3 star

Sarita Vihar branch - I am fully agreed with Mr Iqbal Singh - most outdated, not organized, no customer care. For last 20 days could not manage any cash withdrawal.
