Stray dogs and cows eat garbage thrown by citizens and hence help clean the city. Corporation eat the money (Tax) and line their pockets and hence do not help citizens. You can judge who is better?
In Vimannagar - 411014 stray dogs are the biggest nuisance. They chase cars and bikes and are major cause of accidents. Corporation has stopped catching dogs since strays are pet of Menaka Gandhi. NGOs like Blue Cross are making money for number of dogs splayed (some even 4 times !!!) The best way is to give a contract to shoot strays and contractor can be paid per dead dog submitted at zonal office. Other option is for Menaka and dog lovers to adopt all the dogs and keep them in their houses.

We are suffering from dogs menace. I do not see any action on this front. The number of dogs seems to be increasing day-by-day.

Stray dogs is find of Maneka Gandhi. Supreme Court should review the situation and should ask Maneka to face consequences of it. Corrupt NGO's are earning money per Number of Dog without doing anything. Dogs are opening OLA KACHARA containers kept in compound, take out bags from it and spreads on road / compound. I found one caution board in Kalyaninagar nailed on tree " Kutryano yethe Ghan karunaka, you are under electronic surveillance" Hukuma warun.
