Time to think and act seriously on water crisis, Yes before facing water crisis like in Latur, every where in Maharashtra efforts need to be done to increase the ground water level.
1. And most importantly each one of us must understand and learn how to use water. We are wasting so much of water.
a. While brushing the teeth people continue to keep the tap on, instead one should take water in mug and then use it to brush the teeth.
b. Same thing can be done while shaving
c. Take the water in the big container to wash the utensils instead of washing it in the tab water.
These are the few notable examples where we can save the water there are many others.
2. If there is proper planning in water distribution there will be no water crisis in summer. The current water distribution policy is not uniform in all areas and also initial days PMC distributes water twice a day(which is not required) and in Summer with one day gap, why not save the water from the start of the monsoon itself and make the distribution uniformly.

Water supply to our building in Panchavati, Pashan, Pune has been good over the years.
I will give a rating of 7/10 to PMC.
