The main direction of my comments is towards the Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in Pune, there has been virtually no additional effort on behalf of PMC. Basic amenities in our areas of Wanowari, NIBM - Undri Road are absent. There are NO garbage bins beyond the Clover Hill area on NIBM road, garbage is thrown on roadside in many places and there is zero effort of garbage clearance, local residents themselves have to burn garbage. Near Palace orchard gate, the situation is very bad inspite of high value markets and colonies coming up near by. Road encroachment in this area also has not been cleared though promised for last five years. Road in frot of Palace Orchard is a bottleneck due to encroachment of shops on the road.

Illegal construction in all backyards.

totally lacking and neglected use of land and building construction is as per approved plan and drawing this is strong encouragement to unauthorized and illegal construction every where this is the basic and route of corruption...

they reported closer registered t no.w15195 grievance......the policy is against guidelines and deceleration of cor.... as well govt.. no action so far....

All illegal construction carried out by Gokhale Nagar i s a problematic.They have used road width,front and back margins converting two room house to three or four storied building covering 3000 sq. ft and paying just nominal property tax as the new construction is not registered at PMC and at PMC also due to corruption such bldgs are old type only.Thus PMC is also loosing lot of funds from Property tax.The Illegal Construction are so many and most of them have constructed houses on our common Compound Wall where as if we have to construct we need to leave back marging of 15 feet towards the common Compound Wall.

Again, buildings are coming up left and right, no adequate parking. I don't understand how corpora tion allows it. How do they monitor ? All in bad shape. Probably the most corrupt of all..
