I am completely agreed with Mr. Umesh S. The private bank are acting like Insurance companies, not working/functioning for social development also. The policy adopted by these banks is fully commercial and unfit for common people.

now a days job are more important in this competitive world but as from my experience dont ever step on private bank because they dont work as bank. They actually work as INSURANCE company and you will be worked as SALES OFFICER and NOTHING ELSE
