Pepperfry furniture is average to below average quantity. Discounts of 50-60% to a fictitious MRP doesn't mean much when you supply sub standard products. When we attempted to return the product, customer service of Pepperfry was very unfriendly. Overall a negative experience!

Good. Customer oriented. Return of defective items / items not as per description a bit cumbersome since they ask for photographs of the item, before approving the return. But variety, prices etc. are good and regular shoppers get good discounts and thus have reason to cheer.
