Patna all most drainage are choked, some influential people are construct ed there houses on the manhole. In Patna rules for fools without approval of house plan they constructed there houses on the Govt land. PRDDA, Patna Municipal Corporation and Bihar State Housing Board all only act as a dummy doll they are not able to utilize there power. In the rainy season total town is fully water locked. So at first demolished the without approved plan houses then improve the drainage and road works.

except for belly road, i didnot find any improvement.
I saw municipality cleaning drains just before rainy season but the dumps didnot get carried away from the site resulting into messy condition all over the road when rain starts. i do not blame completely on the authority but this also indicates lack of civic sense as many a times i have witnessed people carrying polythene and throwing into the nallas as there is no garbage collection system from home.

Patna Municipal Corporation has improved it's working in recent years but more is still expected from it so that it can claim the status of a good Metro City
