In spite of complaining number of times including to its various senior officers about providing clear and transparent Statement of Accounts of FDRs since 2013, they are not taking any action. There are lot of discrepancies in statements of A/c and many more irregularities in keeping the Accounts.

Dr Kler had done his MBBS from Patiala and his MD in Medicine & DM in Cardiology from PGI
Chandigarh. He worked in Saudi Arabia for a few years, establishing a Cardiology unit in one of their
tertiary care centre. He completed his MRCP from UK before returning to India and has been associated
with Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre, New Delhi since then. He underwent a Senior
Fellowship programme at Milwaukee, USA, which allowed him to extend his expertise beyond the area
of Interventional Cardiology into Electrophysiology. This fellowship enabled him to further enhance the
quality of care offered in the Electrophysiology & Pacing department that he started at Escorts Hospital.
He is currently working as a Director of Cardiac Cath Lab & Cardiac Arrhythmia Services & at Escorts.
