AT Kumta (KT)12620 on 21-04-2016 halted 10 meters further from the spot where it was supposed to stop. B2 and B3 compartment doors are closed. It had happened earlier also. I had complained to TC and station master earlier and I had given the same complaint before boarding. I am a 73 year old do not expect me to break open the door of the compartment.
I want to know what is the responsibility of railway employees on the train and on the plat form who waves the green flags without looking at the boarding status. Do I have to go to consumer court or high court to find out whose responsibility it is?
