I am a regular user of Ola cabs. Their service is good during lean hours, but very irritating during rush hours and late night hours. I am afraid to rely on this for any emergency rush hour travel.

Ola Cabs is a pathetic service. All three bookings done by me in the night around 1130 were cancelled and I was left stranded with my family. One Driver did not call and when enquired rudely stated that he had come and waited and left and when asked why he did not pick up his phone or give a call he had no answer and the other two cars booked never turned up. In a span of 30 mins 6 rude shocks. Never trust Ola. They fleece by taking longer routes charging you money for time spent in traffic jams as waiting period

pathetic…. when we call after getting the biking id the driver calls and inform us he is far away and t cancel the ride or he will send the info stating the customers are not reachable… and black list the customer too!

I wish hefty fines of a few crores of rupees is slapped on OLA CABS for repeated dereliction of their duty and responsibility all over the country.
I took a ride in OLA CAB on 14 August 2016 at Raipur ( ride detail: CRN346049869). I found that the driver was not their registered driver ( Ishwar) on their Mini Sail CG06GE1531.
Some one else was driving the above vehicle. He was not aware of the route to the destination ( A well known three star Hotel Shamrock Green in Cherikheri, about 10 km from Raipur City). He was also not able to read the direction given by OLA App. I had to enquire with local people at three places enroute to ensure that he is taking me to the right place.

So, I am speaking of impersonation by the OLA driver. This after I have already read two incidences of OLA in Kolkata. Today, the first September 2016, Times of India newspaper has reported another case of rape and murder by OLA driver yesterday in Kolkata.
OLA has to take responsibility that the drivers registered with them do not have criminal past and also impersonation can not be done.
