When the road dividers in the cities should be moveble-blocks, to handle emergencies and divert traffic, the whole Noida has been concreted using huge quantity of steel. All U turns are traffic hazards because it reduces the road width - no additional lanes are created along with U-Turns. Again these are also concreted.

The Strong Men, influential and Administrators have all chocked the Sector Roads by putting Gardens / Lawns / Trees and then park their cars on the road (each house with many)
At Many places, their Green-Encroachments even on corner houses have been regularly caused many accidents = but no one listnes
If they have to Occupy the Public space then their vehicles should be impounded.

The Garbage-Storage-Pits created on main roads stinks

Polythene ban is a good step taken in Noida, although small vendors are still not complying to it. Their problem is that if they do not keep poly bags customers will go to some other shop and will not take material from them. Their business will be impacted. And these small vendors cannot afford costly bags what supermarkets are using. An assessment could have been done on impact before implementation.
Garbage is seen spilled on roads, which makes Noida an unclean city. Stray animals and rotting smell of the garbage on roads makes the movement on roads sometimes really difficult.
