This can be much better. Suggest to outsource this process. You cant manage it. MCD cant buy latest equipments , provide training, etc. This should startvat 5am and end at 8 am. You can seebthem doing it at 10 am also.

Not up to the mark they needs to be better supervision and checks for it to become better
