Internet speed in Phase-1, DLF is horrible. I am using a tata photon connection. Its very slow. I have also used Airtel, Reliance and these two connections do not work so with great difficulty got them disconnected. Those were a total waste of money. Internet does not work now for my Airtel and Vodafone mobile connections also. Made many complaints but by the end of the day I receive an SMS stating that the complaint has been closed after putting it right. I check it and its still not working at all. This is really bad. Call drops are the most common on the Airtel network. Calling on 121 is most troublesome as the call drops most of the time. I think all of us should put in a complaint to the concerned authorities very strongly as well as the minister of the department that this matter should be sorted out on priority as all are dependent on the mobile and internet.
I stay in DLF phase 2 and there is no services of MCG in this area till now . DLF is extremely choosy for cleanliness , road repairing , street lights etc. , Those who files complaints with or are connected to DLF are getting services but in general they do not render services and we never find any supervisor or some body who seeks feedback from the residents . Earlier even sweeper comes and take the resident signature after cleaning the area .
