This is the one of the most corrupt place you can find in India, such a horrible state for doing anything illegal and every thing, for a price, as every JE makes large money from all construction sites by hook and crook, for allowing to do all kinds of wrong things, making Delhi full of illegal construction, while neglecting assigned work and duties, but only collecting money and filling pockets to the hilt, such a massive most corrupt place

The monolithic monster MCD according to me is =Most Corrupt Department (As an acronym). This is how
it should be addressed and gradually disbanded and the RWA to be the Governing and Monitoring body
.This is a DEN of CORRUPTION which can be seen on the elected Counsellors life style if compared before he/she
files there Form 6B and C ,Since they are not paid by the State exchequer where do they get the funds for this lavish style of living as the CEO/CFO of a MNC .Why there is a CONFLICT ZONE between the TWO peoples representatives as the case of Delhi
.Why after Mr Arvind Kejriwal who got elected with a brute majority has not after his own PRESS CONFERENCE
after his winning declared the CRUCIAL ROLE of the RWA's in DELHI and he would give them Rs5Crore for there development work,maintenance etc and then slys brought in the Mohalla Sabha s as a POPULIST move to promote his party at the cost of us the stakeholders.Its time he brought in a legislation where in like SWEDEN all stake holders are involved and the City Council can not move without there input and consent??What is he shy about the same.So is the case at the Center why the PMji who is in similar state in Lok Sabha bring out a legislation as afore-said or like Karnataka where RWA's are a Government recognized body for civic works?Why has a legislation not been brought in as to all civil works Companies in INDIA should be Mandatory to have as owners CIVIL ENGINEERS or on the size have that many numbers and there self owned equipment.Thus the nalis ,nullahs,pulliyas,pushats,pillars,flyovers,roads etc are torn apart and leach etc.Tax payers money is repeatedly wasted in the past 70years as incompetent staff,HR,equipment's end product =FAILURE and repeat FALL OUTS so seeps in the BLACK MULTI HEADED COBRA of CORRUPTION. Why the system can not be like the eg as Gram Sabha under the Panchayat Institution,it works for all 125 Crore INDIANS so why not some thing similar in URBAN AREAS????.Time for civil society to take a stand and compel all PARTIES candidates to submit the following now---
1) Vision Documents of what they would do and how will they execute given a split referendum of two parties as of now
2) Affidavit on Rs 100/ stamp paper as to say if not performed as of the Vision Documents will resign by self and vacate and go
This is the minimum that we should demand at this MOMENT.If not then no chances of any TRANSFORMATION in MCD or any organization etc So wake up and act to get a peaceful sleep for next FIVE years and no running around these DEMI GODS (skunks)

Good Morning! It is amazing how this corrupt organization under the clutches of the BJP works.In a B class colony called Safdurjung Enclave in B1to 5 blocks there is an acute WATER SHORTAGE and there is mixing of SEWER- Sewage with the POTABLE WATER and the Councillor is not available from BJP as he is busy promoting his relatives for ELECTIONS.No work have they done being in majority for the past years that they have perched them selves to the chair except en riching themselves to GOD's GLORY as a FEUDAL LORD runs his fiefdom.This is comparison to the MLA who his 24x7 available on WATS Apps Group and responds even past 12pm. Unlike the might LORD His Excellency the Counselor visits the sites often during the Jal Board officers visits to coordinate action.The LORDSHIP also has a WATS APPS Group/mail on which he never responds.I had 4+years given him a small work of Pruning the Trees and cutting a Simal tree as the same has penetrated the the foundations of TWO HOUSES mine and the neighbors,including our RWA has followed up but the LORDSHIP is in HIBERNATION( Kumbkaram Ki Need mein soaye hein) aur aab hamari VOTE chaiye hai,manjane kay liye aajayangaye?What cheek.There is GARBAGE all over with the Simal tree flowers(Rui) flying all over,the leaves all the MCD sweeper is doing shove them in the open drains have sent him pictures of both again the SIMAL TREE/the Garbage in the Nullah which is FULL,creating the ground of breeding for DENGUE ,CHINGUWA etc but His Excellency is does not care as he is the LORD.It is a shame for him ,the party to have such humans in the party or there relatives who are of the same DNA. Do BJP up lines Mr Manoj Tiwari/Mr Amit Shahji/PM ever look at these posts and act?.It does not seem so.If the same is true then such party members should not be given any post more so for MLA/MP in future.We await your action both with the Counsellor and the JAL BOARD for a FAST REMEDIAL solution at WAR LEVELS.This would prove what one has said and in future will delete this site for good, if not acted upon with 24hrs before the summer becomes TORTUROUS and people perish/most are ill with intestinal infections as the coli and pollutants have increased in geometrical proportions in an up market colony .Watching a DECISION by stakeholder of more then 80,000 residents

A BIG ZERO on digging for mosquito. They (MCD) only knows in issuing challans but they do not perform as they should do. They can strike for not getting salaries .... what for salary ..... for not doing any work.... VERY PATHETIC.
