I have ordered food product online which is paid fully with order id[protected] dater 12/09/2018, . I have submitted my full address along with pin code still order is not received to me... Customer dept once told that they will refund amount but again on next day they told that they will resend my order.. But till now no communication by mail and my paid amount also not refunded..
We have been using mtr sambhar masala since 1995 it's quality is deteriorating continuously. Recently you have introduced it's spicy version - mtr sambhar masala spicy, this is the worst sambhar masala we have ever used. Please discontinue this new spicy version else mtr will lose its reputation.
Today i bought a mtr 3 minute breakfast pack of keasri halwa from big bazar, opulent mall, ghaziabad. I make that pack in afternoon time and this pack taste like something rooten egg this is really rediculous. Brand name such as mtr supply such low quality of food to us this is really a #. I am thiking that i will go to consumer forum to report a complain against you....

I have given a packet to Ghola Bazar, Sodepur, Kolkata courrier boy whose Mob no. is[protected] for sending the documents whose Reference no. 513461 but he doesn't even let me know that it's returned on 16th October 2017. But now he is not returning my packet and giving excuses. Kindly give the packet back by tomorrow or else I will complaint against BlueDart via court.
This is to inform you, we ordered shahi paneer ready to eat from big basket. This was manufactured of june 2017. Yesterday evening i tried it, and sorry to say it's extremely bad in taste. It's my request to you please come to our home and take a taste of it. I stored it in fridge for your reference.
If i want then i can expose it on social media and it will take a minuite to ruine your image, but i don't want to do this because i can understand better how we create our branding because i am working as a brand manager.
I need my money back and requesting to you please..."
The rating to the retailer is given accordingly mainly few of the consumers have even complained of non-delivery and non-refund besides quality issues.
