We had booked a cab from Fast Track for taking a night train to Bengaluru from Chennai. It was a rainy night, and half an hour before the cab was due, some lady called us from Fast Track and said, sorry, we are unable to send a vehicle. Frantic calls to other cab services, frantic searches in the rain for any available auto or cab ensued, but by the time we reached the station our train had left. Fast Track sucks. Is there a remedy for claiming compensation? There should be.
