I purchased a p7ax gold Gionee mobile from Fone4communications India Pvt Ltd outlet at Keston road, Kowdiar, Trivandrum on 20-08-2017. The representative in the shop goaded me to purcahase the mobile saying that there is an Onam offer from Gionee of a selfie stick and some other attachments. Since I was interested in the free selfie stick I purchased it on 20-08-2017 just before Onam. However he told me that the gifts would come by Onam and he would inform me and I can collect from the shop. However they say that it has not reached them even now due to some shipping problem. I trusted Gionee and the shop but I feel that I have been fooled
