Mr.Khattar's regime as Chief minister of Haryana is below my expectations. It is true that corruptions have controlled in some way but Chief Minister have no any vision towards growth of the state, it is the golden opportunity for Chief Minister when his party ruling in center and Mr.Modi like dynamic PM is leading the country, Mr.Khattar should take advantage of this situation and Learn something from our Prime Minister.
Every Minister should be rated on annual basis and he should be promoted/changed accordingly.
We should not live with the notion that after 5 years he will automatically go. Rather every Govt.
official should be rated after fixing targets. Even the Judges should be rated based on their
quality & quantity of judgements. No annual increment or time bound promotion should be
given automatically. This system has made the Govt. machinery lethargic and inefficient. For
every promotion, there should be a competitive examination which will lead to pruning of
dry wood gradually. If any official fails in 3 consecutive examinations, he should be retired
at the age of 45 years as it happens in the private sector.
The performance of Khattar has been below my expectations. i expected that he will also perform like Modi, being RSS pracharak before joining politics, but he has not been able lead Haryana in a proper way so far.
I am glad that we have for the first time an honest CM in Sh M.L.Khattar. My request to him is to concentrate on governance rather than on what food people should eat. He needs to assign targets to different heads of departments and monitor it vigorously. Non performers may be shunted out, while performers be awarded. Corruption has got deeply engrained in our system due to corrupt government in the past. We need to root it out.

CM Khattar is "very young", largely inexperienced in governance cum administration. He must spend some time every week for getting trained/orientated. He should relearn why & how the word cum thought of "Khap" is absolutely unconstitutional. Ethics cum good governance require policy cum policy implementation. Do not speak "off-the-cuff". Why? Sire, you are our CM & other Ministers, MLAs, MPs and Councillors and your Administration must function, implement + deal with those who are talkers and find excuses by saying, why + what cannot be implemented. Facilitate services for the poor, children and the seniors. Punish the wrong-doers. Corruption cases pending judgement, get the same accelerated -- not let them drag-on for years. Create a High Court in Gurgaon. Give Gurgaon some down-to-earth attention esp. in the key areas of sanitation cum garbage processing, clean water, electricity, environmental improvement, local cum economical transport, (allowing bars and wine shops ) for ducats made via excise laws is NO achievement. It is getting society to erode the values its Citizens deserve and practice the same w/o let or hindrance. Reform and supervise the Police force here and in Haryana. Deal with those who have made the gender issue most embarrassing for all Indians. (Punjab & Haryana are the worst. Apply the laws also on the doctors and any such clinics who make a buck. Provide low-cost housing to the poor-- all Indians who live in Haryana and Gurgaon. The State has done the very minimum. Punish all those who mock or trouble those from NE Indian States. Gurgaon has been a culprit at the hands of the locals. Your record of being an honest citizen cum politician is respected, but that is the minimum expected of each other.
Get all autos to run with meters, eliminate the diesel driven and over-loaded ones. Burning garbage and having contractors rule us in all walks of life is NO governance. Sire, create a list of those areas that are basic to a quality life, supervise who works and who does not. Throw out the corrupt ones. Lastly decentralise power. Gurgaon is a melting pot of all Indians -- the local leadership and from Chandigarh has not appreciated or given it the role they deserve. Will the CM do that ? Time will tell.

IRCTC provides cab at Howrah station, but they do not provide cab at their satellite station, 7 km away by road.
irctc has charged Rs 2000 extra and the had earned extra out of our cancellations in other trains.
now they should refund us the extra amount for the Asubidha they had created providing all BER bogies in Subidha express.
