Dosent know how to treat a customer

Just spoke with this guy...extremely rude and impolite....I asked him as to how will he dryclean my mink blanket as I was worried that he should not ''wash'' it as most ''drycleaners'' do....To my query he replied ''when you know everything then clean it at your home''.....astonished and shocked at such a indecent and rude behaviour...never call him...forget about using his services...beware....thoroughly uncivilised character.......
