3. HR Documentation/Developments.
a) Employment Application.-
It is provided to the applicant time of an interview, which includes detailed data of the candidate (Personal, Educational & Professional), framed under Company’s format. It helps to get “RIGHT PERSON FOR THE RIGHT JOB.”
b) Offer Letter.-
After selecting the Candidate for the specific job, he/she should know the position, CTC, Joining date along with the document list which must submit at the time of joining.
c) Appointment Letter.-
It Contains, the date of joining. Fixed salary structure. Place of Work. Training or Probation period. Leave Details along with some terms & Conditions of the company.
Designing the list of documents, those are required at the time of appointing the candidate.
e) Job Description / Responsibilities.-
It deals with the duties & responsibilities of the individual job.
