This has reference to my LG Washing machine Repair Job No RNA 150119079905 Dated 21 01 2015 I have put a request for repair of my LG Washing Machine Model WP-951620 on 19 01 2015 Their Service Engineer Mr Karthik dismantled broken SPINNER LID on 21 1 2015 He went away informing that he will come with necessary spares Later several reminders over phone No. 0891 2760441 and 8886125555 there was no response TRACKING ON LINE REPAIR SERVICE SHOWS THAT JOB STATUS COMPLETED Actually it was not done
After repeated reminders to the phones your another service engineer visited again on 03 06 2015 he inspected the Washing Machine and said he will come with necessary spares soon 3 days later I received a call from 8886125555 asking about the damage happened I told him that your service engineer inspected the item and said he will come with necessary spares Till date there was no response for my repeated reminders. I regret to inform to all of our fraternity about the performance of LG Service Centre Visakhapatnam is not upto the mark. Further, I request you all not to buy LG Products particularly Washing Machines.
