Got cheated very badly with cheap internal parts eg sound card, graphics card, windows started expiry after 3 months was installed & microsoft office was not there. The demo laptop had dolby sound & crystal clear picture & the salesgirl opened the word, excel documents to show us. This was at Croma showroom at Oberoi Mall. My brother had to spend another Rs 20, 000 only to get software installed because for 6 months we were after they never changed it nor did the customer cum technical service help us. The salegirl had charged my brother extra to extend the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. The service centre was in Thane & we live at Andheri. Since, my brother had paid Rs 60,000 he took a leave from office & took the laptop to the service centre. They stated that you should have switched on the laptop & seen. & that windows 7 & microsoft office does not come with the laptop. One has to purchase it separately. Moreover, only after you make the payment they give you the laptop. They don't switch it on & show it to you before you purchase it. The demo laptop even had photoshop, frontpage, OCD & other similiar softwares which she showed in the list & even stated that you get all this for free if you buy from us. .

Frequent key board problem. I had to replaced the key board within warranty period. Immediate after expire the warranty period, key board starts problem again.
