While it saves on the consumption of electrical power, it also gives good lighting feeling as compared to CFL. However, the price factor is equally important which discourages its use.

LEDs are much better and efficient than CFL.However, their prices are the discouraging for users to use. The quality is being deteriorated.

27-10-2015 Make UJALA, Model MI-15, 15 Lit capacity, 2000 watts,
I got it installed in 3 days time. Immediately after instalment, it was
noticed that water is leaking from the panel behind Red & Green lights. A
number of reminders have been given, but no one is coming for repair.
Because of warranty terms, I am not able to fix it myself also. Winter has
set in and I am not able to get hot water for bath.

Not willing to refund for the cancelled trip

I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Trivendrum and the bus got cancelled. It has been 4.5 months and they outright ruled out the option of refund and the only option is I can book tickets on the limited routes available with them for the fare they were supposed to refund. I threatened them with Consumer court and they are not even bothered. I never felt so helpless
