I had booked a 20 nights/21 days grand Europe tours with Spanish duo sightseeing package with Thomas Cook India Ltd on 19th April for a tour starting on 6th June. I was my first tour through Thomas Cook. Right from the very beginning the back end staff was very laxed and on two occasions attached wrong documents with Visa forms submitted to Embassies and I had a constant follow up with them for timely action. I was supposed to travel on 6th June by 2.00 P.M. flight, whereas, I got visa from French Embassy ay about 10.40 A.M. that day and that too when I had to personally visit the embassy on 5th and 6th June. Thomas Cook people denied their responsibility putting all the blame on the Embassy. When on 5th June evening I requested for postponing my tour to some future date they said they could not do at that time as all my hotels and my itinerary was already booked. Firstly, why did they book a tour if they thought Visa could be delayed. And secondly, how could they confirm my travel plans without confirmation of Visa?
Further, I requested them to help me with purchase of foreign currency in cash as I had to time left but they refused saying that RBI does not permit selling of foreign exchange in cash, whereas, RBI permits buying and selling of foreign currency in cash upto Rs.50000/- per person.
Again, at a couple of hotels, the Air Conditioners did not function and we had sweaty nights. One of the restaurants did not have meal ready for the group. Thomas Cook did not reply to my various Emails.
And they call themselves to be a company of International Standards. I will definitely not travel with them again.

The shopping site with the above url is secured site. However the complaint redressal system seems to be poor even though the contact details are provided on their website. The complaints pertain to partial delivery or no delivery, delayed supplies, non-refunding of the payment, poor communication. One of the public domain has rated the company to be single starred. A feedback is quoted and is seen as to be careful. "'kraftly is a fraud'
I am a seller. They are charging commission (10%), transaction fee (₹75), and moreover they are charging a huge shipping fee. I don't know if this is there strategy or what to run there company. I am attaching a freight adjustment list given by kraftly.

I want my money back.

I tried to complain on there customer care number 5-6 times, they are so rude not even a single person is there to help me. Everybody is like we can't help you, we know no action will..."
While the company has stated 10% discount for online payment, the complaint states having charged convenience fee and shipping fee. Another complaint is 'I am xxxxxxxxx from Raebareli(uttar pradesh). Few days back i had ordered two t-shirts from kraftly.com and i had made online payment for that order. But i only received one tshirt, i contacted that store but they had refused from doing anything on this issue. I urged them to return my money back of that one t-shirt but they refused to do so. Here is the screenshot of the order. I request you to help me in this issue. " Due to no response, the company is being stated to be below average.
