When I went to the public toilet in KSRC when it inaugurated and after 2 month, I found that there is no maintenance work going on.. A person is collecting fee for maintenance work. But the maintenance work is not being done properly. A goverment employee should be given the charge of each public toilet for inspections. And a feed back box should be placed near to the toilet with paper and pen which should be easily accessible and should be easily visible. The quote about the feed back system should be written in big letters to remind the passengers...
