kota station is well maintain in term of housekeeping and cleaning

Kota station can be said well maintained according to the size of the city and the needs. The only need at this station is to arrange the over crowdedness here. But the station staff has well tried to handle the large crowd of the coaching students. Some more things must be improved viz:
1. Some special arrangements must be there for the increased crowd at the time of coaching admissions and the return.
2. More special trains should be arranged for holiday time.
3. Water supply should be maintained
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT:
Do something for relief from the hotness of at the station in summer time.

Every aspect Kota is worth to appreciate. Any time have surprise visit, a very clean Platform, including Hawkers are maintaining cleanness. No Platform is over crowded due to passengers, where as number of trains running in 24 Hrs are quite many. The second Exit to wards Railway Colony is worth appreciation , a good planned work done by railway.

Kota Junction station is one of the cleanest in the division. However there are a few thing that need to be addressed.
1. Porter services are dismal. Porters are bent on skinning passengers specially Sr. Citizens.
2. Witing room for upper classes on platform 1 has been renovated and is quite nice but the one on platform 2,3 is in very bad shape with poor cleanliness and lack of space.
3. Entrance to the station is blocked by autoriksha drivers soliciting passengers.
4. Long time back, prepaid auto service was started but was stopped for unknown reasons. The service needs to be reinstated.
