Absolutely mismanaged city. The garbage collectors are dumping the filth on roadside. The situation has only marginally improved in last 2 years.

यहाँ कानपुर में तो शिकयत सुनने वालो की ही कमी है. सब अधिकारी है . आम आदमी के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है. बस इधर से उधर चक्कर काटते रहिये. कोई एक सड़क ऐसी नहीं है जहा अतिक्रमण न हो. उपर से सड़को को पार्किंग स्थल खुद नगर निगम ने बना दिया और उसका ठेका ऐसे लोगो को दे दिया जो बात कम करते है और मारते ज्यादा है.

सबसे ख़राब। अतिक्रमण को बढ़ावा देने वाला नगर निगम

Sweeper comes in the morning and cleans the area but by evening the area again becomes more or less same. This puts lot of pressure on sweeper when he comes next day. Dust bin is a must. If CCTV camera is installed near dust bin then at least some of the culprits can be caught. Punishment and fine is necessary to curb this spillage menace.
