Normally they are cheating the poor innocent people by creating bonus points but without redeeming whenever they go again for purchasing saying this must be requested specifically by the customer. Innocent people does not know this incurring loss for them.

One of the worst cheating organization. They charge us more because they need to pay poor leading film actors (giants) a huge sum (other wise the stars may starve without their daily dose of liquor and OTHER dirty enjoyments). They know well how easy it is to cheat us with great stars vouching, on payment, their cheating sales as GOOD!

How do they spend this much money on ads and still make profit. Ix it not by cheating public?

All the jewelers are cheating customers. The gold rates are same for all. But they spend crores in ads and still make crores in profit. How is it possible? Either they are cheating on quality or charging heavily in the name of making charges. Govt. should control them. This is one field where the economy is effected due to smuggling. This industry cant survive with duty paid gold alone
