Absolutely criminal company with not even one person having an honest bone in them. Most of the good reviews they have are either fake bot accounts or the owners themselves posting them. These scammers will never send the product or refund and will make you give them more time for nothing. Never trust these lowlifes.

The company seems to be a unprofessional business site. The ordered items are delayed very much. In fact a complaint is seen that the items were ordered for a wedding and the content of the complaint are to explain. "We are having a wedding function by the end of November 2016. After several discussion online with the company, we were assured that the products will reach our destination within two weeks hence giving us ample time to check the dress, sticth the blouse and go for other options in case the product quality is not good. The specified date where the products were expected have lapsedsince long. Everyday we text the company via whatsapp and even call them. They cannot even confirm if they have already shipped the items nor the mean by which they have shipped them. They cannot even provide any tracking number. Lately they are avoiding our texts on whatsapp. This is the worst company we have dealt with. I make a humble request to everyone reading my review, please dont fall into these craps fake publicity and fake promises. I am already messed up and I am not sure to get any refund either.". The poor response company does not bother to refund the paid amount for months despite the company cancelling the order. One such complaint is from a person waiting for refund since March 2017. Surprisingly the company does not respond back. "Very bad company. I ordered 2 outfits and was told it would be received in 7 to 10 business days. I had to follow up with them every week and they would lie saying your order is coming next week. They even lie it was shipped when it was not. I received only one of the outfit after 25 business days (almost 1 and a half month). The quality of the products was very poor, did not match to the measurements I gave, was defective and was not as per the image on the website. It was a replica of the image. For the 2nd outfit, I did not receive it. I asked them to cancel it and provide me a refund. They wouldn't and after arguing with them for around 3 days for a refund for the 1st outfit and 2nd one, I became aware that the 2nd outfit was not even in stock. They are liars, do not trust them. As for my refund, they wouldn't understand, so I had to go through paypal claim. I am still waiting for my refund. Very bad company with poor quality and service. Do not deal with them."
