You cant get a single paper in time after compliance of all he formalities whether it is Marriage certificate Death Certificate or Birth Certificate. Procedures still requires to be simplified. No planning for waste lifting and management thereafter. No any monitoring for Road problems.Only they plan for good collections but not for services.

why hawkers are still on roads spoiling & throwing garbage everywhere , dogs & cows are moving everywhere spoiling streets & traffic , person cleaning roads doesn't know where the garbage should be disposed so they either burn it or leave it roadside, no policy
