1. Customer care is just eye wash. Response time starts only after 48 hours. Some times their employee/hired persons use rough language. No solution is provided and always try to misguide.
2. Post paid customers are over billed, double monthly (2 plans) are billed.
3. There is no customer grievances redresses system with Idea Cellular Ltd for their customers.
4. Idea harass the customer while porting to another operator.
