Hindware gives 10 year warranty for their WCs, but fact is that this is just to fool customers, since the product quality is extremely poor. The water flow is insufficient and plumber has to be called every few weeks to reset it. Worse, the toilet seats keep breaking and every time the company charges Rs. 3400 to replace it, saying breakage is not covered under warranty. I have complained many times for the three WCs I bought, but company just does not bother to do anything. A totally fraud company and a rotten brand. Do NOT buy any products from them.

Very poor after sales service. Complaint registered on 24th November has not been attended to even after 20 days.
