It has been noticed that the employees create problem instead of solving the problems of tax payers. For example, I sent a person to pay the property tax (Ward No.22) . The person came back with an information that I should pay tax for 2005-06 first then they will accvept the current year's tax. The flat was purchased during Apr 2006 when the property tax was paid since then I am regularly paying the tax. I am now asked to be present personally and discuss the matter with the dealing clerk.
