Yes, I agree the cleanliness is worse after the Swachh Bharat Mission. It is very easy for the leaders to give promises on cleanliness but when it comes down to reality, they need to get feedbacks from the public whether the promises are really being carried out. Gurgaon is like a pig sty, garbage every whether and it is shocking to see such filth on the roads strewn around. The big dustbins have been removed from the roads so the public do not have a bin to dispose of the trash. Sector 45 is full of broken roads, no street lights, so many cows standing on the roads easy prey for hit and run and heaps of garbage. Where are we heading in this situation?
Situation is worse post "Swach Bharat Mission". Main roads are turned into open garbage dump and government has turned a deaf years to multiple communications to all senior officials of MCG. Their phone never answers and e-mail doesn't get a reply. Sector 45 is in a state of complete mess with broken roads, poorly lit streets, stray animals and heaps and heaps of stinking garbage.
They can not even keep areas around their own offices clean. Takes them months to issue even Jharoos to cleaning staff; no gloves either. No action being taken to process the garbage. In a state of organisational paralysis.
