I would rate them with MINUS 5 stars if that was possible! I have tried to think of one positive thing about MCG but I cann't!!

Still living in their own world of poor performance. Their leaders need to come our of their AC offices to see the reality on ground and start taking actions.

There is lack on the part of all the participants- Govt, civil servants, public and businesses

The MCG is a useless agency. Last year the city was inflicted by an epidemic of mosquitoes diseases such as Dengue and Chickengunia etc. All the roads have potholes, the rain water sewers are not cleaned before rainy season. The complaint through Swachhta app brings no result. Our Bus stand of Sukhrali is used as garbage dump and permanent parking of private vehicle.

What MCG do is complete mystery for the citizens of Gurugram. Whatever cleanliness is their, is maintained by private bodies, other wise if you see the side of the road every were construction waste and dust.
