Mr seshu Kumar has brought out an important point on stray dogs. a regular cycle of inoculation against rabies for them will give public a great relief. This is to be done regularly for safety of citizens. Frequent inspections at senior level with ward corporators will greatly improve. This must be extended to areas not frequented by these babus. I wish to have a leisuly walk chichating without malice with my ward corporator along Rhythu bazar Road from Old PS cross and making enjoy what we senior citizens enjoy( suffer) while having our morning walk.

The population of country dogs & pigs is abnormal in resident colonies. The dog fights are very common. Abundant ground proofs can be given. The children are the worst sufferers. The senior citizens cannot move after 8pm.The bureaucracy failed the ground realities cannot be witnessed & viewed from A.C. Room offices. The bureaucracy always reacts after calamity. No preventive measures in the history of bureaucracy which controls day to day affairs.

In Marredpally, the streets are filled with stray dogs snd it's a huge menace. The other day I went out to buy medicines at around 9.45 pm and almost got bitten by one dog. The stray animal management in my area is pathetic to say the least.

Worst traffic management, roads in deplorable condition, no control over prices, undependable politicians.. All these are making lives miserable. As if this is not sufficient, dozens of dogs on the roads scaring the children and pedestrians. Continuous barking giving sleepless nights. Never seen anyone trying to capture these animals.

The management of stray animals is very bad. The team comes to a particular colony once in a blue moon; and even then they are not in a position to capture all the star animals. They capture one or two after a big "tamasha" and disappear till the next blue moon.
