A complaint received against the retailer led us to search for more views on their operation. The company offers unbelievable prices making visitor to tempt for buying the items. The company collects money through payment gateways and then after few days regret to supply the ordered items. Afetr the consumer makes request for refunds or order for some other items, the company agrees to refund the money. However, it takes many many days in making refunds. In otehr words the company retains consumer money for a quite long period which is interest free and might be earning lot if amount invested by the buyers. Many consumers stop following up for the refunds due to pretty amount which is being retained by the company. The company consumer care cell hardly respond to consumers communication. The company has not even stated their operational address. One of the public domain has indicated just a 2% response indicating 86 complaints with just 2 responses. Consumer also informs that they do not pick up the calls. The modus operandii as naratted by various consumers is somehwat similar suggesting it to be fraudulent site. Please take care if planning to buy through this company.
