Un- authorized entry by NON - RESERVED passengers, MST holders, cancelled train passengers, eunuchs, beggars and vendors in RESERVED coaches of 3 tier sleeper is the biggest problem faced by the passengers paying reservation charges on train tickets, that too in advance and facing chaos, quarrels, thefts, Rowdyness . 2ndly unclean toilets, un - hygienic & non secured coaches, passengers are compelled to travel. A gross deficiency in service. Travelled on 16th March 2019 from Varanasi to Mumbai by Mahanagri Exp. 11094 in coach no. S 11. These conditions were same as in past 30-40 years.

House keeping and train maintenance very very poor.
Need renovation of all berths in sleeper and AC classes. No proper points for charging mobiles/ laptops.
