Maharashtra Govt can be rated as an organization with its momentum but bogged down in routine and overcome by events. The executive powers are delegated to administrative officers i.e. I.A.S. officers but unfortunately they have surrendered their powers to elective members , Some of the officers are in direct completion with political leaders who indulge in corrupt practices. Corruption is a widespread scourge in Indian /State governance but unfortunately there are no incorruptible officers who stand out from the norms though threatened by their political bosses. We need honest officers who will never buckle under the pressure and continued to work undeterred. Is it expecting too much? I think the IAS cadre (once considered as steel frame of Administration ) has outlived its utility , rusted and therefore hould be eliminated /discarded

The brand seems to have poor response system in case member is aggrieved with their services. Even though they state response time of 24-48 hrs. Despite having many centres across the country, they resist in transferring the membership from one location to another location. A consumer's plead for the same is quoted "Sir as it is clearly mentioned on Gold Gyms terms and conditions that if a person wants to transfer its membership on its own name to any other state then it is 500+taxes and the difference of remaining period will be sent to the transferred branch.

And same i requested the branch manager of gold gym to do but he told me that this branch has got its own rules and regulations from many years which is that i have to pay 2500+taxes at delhi branch and 500+taxes at punjab branch and then the difference would be sent to the transffered branch which is not at all mentioned on golds gym clauses or rules and regulations.

Sir me and branch manager had many arguments as i specially went to delhi for this problem but he is not ready to accept it and so i recorded the conversation between me and him so that if needed i can take him to the court.

Sir i have full faith on your management system and i request you to take this matter seriously and plz help me get my membership transferred by taking the genuine charges because there are only 3 months left now and and am not able to continue gym these days because of this problem."

Some of the complainant mentions about unsecured lockers being made available to them. The locks are broken and one can find somebody else using the same locker. The trainers are provided to many users at a same time despite quoting for "personalised trainer"
