Garbage management in Hyderabad has been hundred per cent unscietific during all these decades. Some efforts have just now started to make it somewhat scientific, somewhat meaningful and somewhat environment friendly.

Managing traffic is imperfect with lots of earth around and dug out roads.Accident prone are the areas.

Now roads maintenance have started along with construction of Drain wall.But it takes another year for them to bring storm water drainage and roads to a standard operating process of any world city.We can rate as Average with 3 stars.Yes slight improvements over last year in Garbage collection and disposal is there.
In human management systems of such nature where many are illiterate to semi educated ,it takes time to transform societies.

While cleaning and make up is going on,the traffic needs [vehicle owners] more training to adhere to the laws and be safe,in their routine.
