FTIS Interior Decoratotrs

FTIS/ Fragrance interior is big cheat. Please beware of Rajesh Sinha(Raj Sinha) & Menka Singh. We hired them as our interior to do the work .The reference was given by Amit Singh who works with a bank, due to his reference we did not do any cross check . They promised to finish the work within 2 months but did not finish the work even after 7 months & kept on demanding money in advance. Rajesh, told me multiple times that if I did not give him money & he will stop the work then no one will finish my work, we were scared by fear of not getting the work completed. I approached Amit Singh many times in between, he gave me certain assurance but none of them got fulfilled. I told him to have a look at my place but he pretended to be busy & did not visit my place even once. Menka Singh is relative of Amit Singh.


I kept on getting different dates to finish the work but in vain. . The work was not completed after giving him entire money .Then he started threating me & asked for more money . He sent people to my society to break the lock & they had argument with supervisor of the society. There are certain more things which I would like to bring to your notice.


1) He had a shop at Wakad couple of yrs back(Anjana Complex, shop no 4, Kaspate wasti), he shut the shop & moved to Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. There are already complaints against him in Wakad from the customer as well as workers as he takes the money from customers but will not pay to workers & will not finish the work. He will always get new workers as they can be fooled easily by them.


2) He started the shop at Kharghar, (Near three Star hotel below kings Electronics sec. 07 kharghar), . He shut down the shop there as well & shifted back to Pune to Baner after cheating the people in Kharghar.


3) The third office he opened couple of months back(Shiv Shakti Complex, shop no 2 at Baner Road).He used to send workers to his shop to do the work, after his shop work was completed, he started sending the workers to other sites, stopping my work as the workers were staying at my flat for the past seven months & the work was not getting completed because of that. He used to get more workers at night to my place so that they could sleep there, they used to stay at my flat thus saving their rent & used to work for him to other site, apart from that the material was not provided by him on time.


4) The kind of material he used is of very low quality, for instance the ply he used is of very low quality. He pasted tiles over tiles on the bathroom walls to save work & did not use proper adhesive, we had to redo most of the things. Had to do modification in other bathrooms & spend more money. We are not able to make holes in the bathroom to fix the stuffs as tiles may break. We had to hire people & spend more money.


5)Had to put wallpaper on the walls but did half the work. The granite work done is very low quality, especially at the entrance, he used broken granites at the entrance . We had to take them out. He used ply instead of ‘’Kadappa’’ to keep the granite in kitchen & bathroom. The ply he used was pieces of my door thus saving money for himself & not buying Kadappa.


6) The electrical wire used is of very low quality, he got the wires from some garbage as there are multiple cuts in between & the worst part is that he provided me used furniture, which has been used by him & told me that they are new ones.Without asking me he dumped the furniture at my place. Anyone can make out that as old furniture can’t beat the new ones We have tables base but no table top, no chairs . No curtains in the hall, which he was supposed to provide.


7) The paint he used is horrible, charged me for Royal Asian paints but used low quality Distemper. He did not pay money to his workers & kept on taking money from me. The workers were always frustrated & that affected the work.


8)He changed the name of the company from Fragrance to FTIS when opened the shop at Baner so that previous customers should not trace him.


9) None of the work is completed by him at my place, everything he kept in between as he has plan for extorting the money without doing the work, in fact he increased the budget for certain stuffs in between, when I retaliated , he stopped the work in between.


10)As per Rajesh, he has worked with Top builders & got good contacts with top police officers so nothing can be done against him. As per him he did the wok for half of the Pune but when you ask for details, won’t be able to provide anything. In fact he went to such an extent that he worked on project worth RS. 700 crores for a well-known builder & have 150 worker under him, he got contract from Dubai & Australia. All lies, a person who is not able to do the simple job properly talks about abroad.


11) He posts good things on websites about himself.


When I demanded bills for the stuffs, he did not provide me any of them.


In a nutshell Rajesh & Menka are big frauds & has been cheating people for years. My entire family has gone through mental trauma as we were thinking of shifting to our house in December but not able to do so because of this cheat. There is big financial & emotional loss to us. I had to file an FIR about these people.


Please do not entertain him in any manner if you want to have peace of mind in your life. They will take your hard earned money, will not do the job properly & will leave the job in between . They are the worst people I met so far in my life. Rajesh is such a big lier, he will not remember what lies he told in the morning, in the evening he will mention something else, when you catch him, he will say you did not listen to him properly. His value is not even a penny & talks about crores, simply useless people
