Except Diwali, I had not seen any road cleaning. When a Parshad is elected, street lights start working. Once it goes bad, It is never fixed. the list is too long.

Road cleaning is done in 21C but the kachra is collected at one corner and burnt. So it actually lies there only and the dust flies back in your face when traffic moves. Sweeping staff should be given small trolleys to remove such kachra and dump at the dumping yard. Burning leaves and kachra is banned, if I am correct, in Haryana.

in Sector 21C part II, I see many people have constructed speed breakers in front of their houses at their own whims and fancies. They are not only unauthorised but not properly designed and make driving very painful. Such unauthorised speed breakers should be immediately removed by MCF and violaters fined.

why ask for MCF rating ? I have done it so many times. But does anyone care ? Does anything change ? A BIG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

terrible. there are heaps of garbage, kachra on roadsides and street corners, even in markets. People use empty plots to use as kachra dumps. MCF safai karamcharis are rarely seen. They also do selective brooming to keep some influential people happy and get paid for off and on and on festivals. They also bad-mouth if pointed out. They just collect kachra in one place/corner and burn it. MCF pick up trucks are not seen ever.

'Terrible' is the only word.

I have been pessimistic about Swatch Bharat abhiyan as basically I thought the success lies on the level of responsibilities discharges by citizens. Surprising the concerned agencies are also not ready to tackle the issue. A small example I can give about Municipal Corporation of Faridabad which comes under two priorities one being ruled by BJP and other being city under Smart City campaign. A complaint was lodged at about 12.30 hrs on 10/11/2015 about a dead animal which needed immediate removal as it was giving unbearable foul smell. While the person in whose area was resistive of complaint despite being reminded, I myself lodged a complaint No. 20151110-9-3344. No one turned up till the time of writing this post. Now one can imagine the likelyhood of success of the swatch bharat abhiyan.

A road cut of some 200 ft. has not been repaired for the past more than a year in Sector 37 Faridabad causing inconvenience to road users besides dust and water logging reflects the seriousness of Municipal Corporation of Faridabad. The condition of dust can be gauged from the fact that one has to do a dusting in the house 2-3 times a day as the passing vehicles airs the dust.

Swatch Bharat is an integrated plan. It cannot be accomplished by any single factor. However, MCF is failing in all fronts. They are just drawing salaries without doing any work.

The streets in my area (Sec 91 to Pala Approach Road is rarely cleaned. The drainage is awful and these drains near the Setpur petrol pump etc often overflow. There is some cleaning action which has recently started and the muncipality pump is used to clear some portions of the choked and overflowing drains. But this is more of damage control, and not a regular exercise. The roads are also very uneven.
REGULAR action is required and street vendors/ shopkeepers etc should be fined for throwing litter etc More public dustbins are required.

I think hame bhi iske liye thoda aware hona padega but Gandhi colony mere ghar ke paas ek land hai jisme bohot sa kuda karkat rehta hai or janwar bhi but no any action taken from MCF. Yaha bacho ke khelne ke liye park nahi hai but is land ka nahi pata ki yaha ka plan kya hai agar is par park ban jaye to safai greenery ke saath saath bacho ke liye or sabhi logo ke liye acha hoga. I requested to MCF please look into the matter on urgent.
