It is so difficult to get a marriage certificate made in Haryana. Even if you have birth certificate for your kid....residential proof for last many years.......you have to cross a bureaucratic minefield to get a marriage certificate made. It is so disconnected with other govt documents and Identity Proofs that the only way to get it made is by paying 10-12000 rupees to a lawyer to get it done. Why cant this be made online and Linked to Aadhar Card?
