Ordnance factory Board is a bad organisation. they are not giving my NFU. they are not forwarding my application for deputation.
One R K Sharma is sitting in the Vigilance section for good. though there is a rule that Director will be there for 3 years. they are not settling my case of Rule 14 for last 3 years though all the interrogations are over.
they refused my promotion and promotion of other 3 officer belong to reserved category. It is a castiest organisation. only general category can excel. general category officer 'sympathetic' to reserved category officer will be butchered.
now i am reporting to my once junior officer.
