If one complains about it, then the Police will ask the complainant whether to demolish the unauthorised activities. Who will ensure freeing the public property from the mafia working in collusion with the Police and the DDA? Could the Delhi High Court take a suo moto action for cleaning up the area mentioned. THERE IS A VERY SAD AND BAD THEORY THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN TAKING OVER THE PUBLIC LAND BY THE PUBLIC.
