Our experience of getting land allotted for industry at Dobbaspet, off Bangalore, Karnataka thru KIADB was very unpleasant. The Land prices were revised twice and the finally we had to pay 2 times the value notified. The delay for getting allotment is inordinate. Also officials have to be bribed to get your work done. After allotment was made, it was cancelled and we were given land in another area in the same estate. In the process we lost our registration charges paid for the first allotted site. The land allotted is barren and only road & storm water drain is completed by the dept. No electricity or water or sewage drainage! How are we supposed to start industry?
