Generally reliable. However, I recently booked a hotel in Jodhpur through them which allowed me to get a Rs 1000 discount if the payment is through SBI Card. I had to enter some Code which I did. However, at the time of payment, my account was debited for higher amount ignoring the discount of Rs 1000 as above. When I called their support, they initially refused to accept that this has happened. When I told them that I had screenshots, they asked for those. Since then they are silent for about a month. No response I am getting of my reminder mails as well.
Also, using wallet balance is bit of a trouble. Most of the time, system fails to take this into account even after your selection to the effect.
Moreover, all these entities are now charging astronomical Convenience Fee for air ticket booking. Rs 250 per ticket for booking using debit card when purchaser does not enjoy any credit is surely atrocious. They should be made to reverse this charge immediately.
