Model Colony Exchange- Working is horrible.My tel. connection is from across the road and at a height of 12to 15ft which is easily breaks if any dumper or high height ed trucks travel on the road.This problem I am facing for the last five year's and in spite of my complaints in writing and personal visit and discussion with the officers the problem still persist.The reason for non complying is non availability of the armored cable. In case of breakage of cable ,have to register the on line complaint which is registered at either at Bhopal or Rajasthan or Himachal Pradesh centre.The online complaint procedure needs changes,the complaint is forwarded to local wireman and his tel. no is communicated to the customer and calls to such numbers are chargeable.Faulty Telephone instruments are not replaced .Overall service is not at all satisfactory.

Request for made for new connection. They called and confirmed but then no one turned up. THIS IS BSNL.

In present day Land Line at Mumbai is very good. The faults are attended very fast.
It is very good against Mobile phone.
Rates are also very good.
Only INMARSAT phone calling to ships @ sea is very expensive.
